COVID Policies

Safe and responsible travel, always, in our company is a major priority.

With this in mind, we ensure you that our tours remain safe for all the involved people: for our travellers, our team members, and the people we visit along the way.

We're strictly following recommendations from the World Health Organization and the World Travel & Tourism Council’s (WTTC) Safe Travel protocols for tour operators.
All our tours and suppliers undergo a comprehensive risk assessment and audit after completing COVID-19 health and safety training.

If you contract COVID-19 before you leave, or if government-imposed travel restrictions related to COVID-19 mess up your plans, you can cancel your trip right up until the departure day.*

*Some exclusions might apply. Please the tour's cancellation policy or contact us for more information.

Trips on or before 31 December 2022
If your tour starts on or before 31 December 2022, a proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 is compulsory.

If you are unable to be vaccinated for medical reasons, you may apply for an exemption. Exemptions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. To apply, you must provide a medical certificate from a medical professional.

Children aged between 5 and 17 years old must provide proof of either vaccination, recovery or a negative COVID-19 test.

Trips from 1 January 2023 onwards
From 1 January 2023, proof of vaccination against COVID-19 will not be longer compulsory.

However, we continue to strongly recommend that all travellers get vaccinated to protect themselves and other

Our trip was well organized, all of the service providers ( transfers, guides, accommodations) we friendly and professional, and each location was as promised. A bit more local information would have been useful in preparing for the trip, but nothing that wasn't able to be accommodated on the fly.
